The new company, operative since April, will coordinate the OMB group's activities in the region with focus on the development of OMB ball valves distribution network and the introduction to the market of the new range of triple offset butterfly valves manufactured by Fluicon, the new plant opened in November 2010 in Cenate Sotto.

The office will as well work to introduce Calobri range of products in the American market: Calobri is a specialty manufacturer of forged steel and ball valves specialized in short deliveries based in Milan, Italy, part of the OMB group since 2000.

The new company will be present at Valves World Americas 2011 Conference in Houston, June 22th-22th
