OMB Valves S.p.A. has been certified to the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
The ISO 9001:2008 standard certifies that the company meets specific requirements for a quality management system, demonstrates its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
"Following the first approval in 1990 to ISO9001" said Matteo Del Negro, OMB Quality Assurance Manager, "OMB valves S.p.A. quality system has been upgraded to cover all of our key manufacturing processes". TUV Italia has completed the audit and issue the relevant certification which is available for download on OMB web site.
